The Manna Schweizer 2023 from FRANZ HAAS is a white wine cuvée of Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc and Kerner with 13% vol.
Golden yellow in the glass, with notes of mango, passion fruit, floral hints, fresh grass and a mineral character. On the palate it is full-bodied with harmonious acidity and a fine texture; the finish is complex. Pairs well with refined fish dishes and Asian cuisine; ideally served at around 10–12 °C.
