FRANZ HAAS Lepus Pinot Bianco 2024 is a white wine from high-altitude Guyot vineyards (400–800 m) with a clear, alpine profile. 13.5% vol.
Aged mainly in stainless steel, partly in barrique, with maturation on the fine lees. Aromas of ripe apple, wildflowers and a hint of fresh bread; on the palate juicy, elegant and with harmonious acidity. Pairs well with starters, fish, pasta, rice, as well as curry and light Asian cuisine. Ideal at 8–10 °C.
Use
Serve as an accompaniment to light dishes or pour as an aperitif.
