Criseo Bolgheri DOC Bianco 2023 by Guado al Melo is a characterful white wine cuvée from Tuscany. Made primarily from Vermentino, it is aged on fine lees and offers notes of grapefruit, saffron, and herbs. This Italian wine comes in a 0.75l bottle with 14% vol. It pairs beautifully with fish or poultry at 10–12 °C.

Description
The Criseo Bolgheri DOC Bianco 2023 is a white wine from the single vineyard “Campo Bianco” in Bolgheri. A cuvée of around 70% Vermentino, complemented by Fiano, Verdicchio, Petit Manseng and Manzoni Bianco, with 14% vol.
The grapes are harvested and fermented together; the wine then ages for about a year on the fine lees in stainless steel and afterwards in the bottle. In the glass it shows a golden-yellow color, with notes of grapefruit, saffron and herbs, as well as hints of beeswax and pastry and a subtle mineral nuance.
Use
Pairs well with fish, seafood, poultry, vegetable dishes or mild cheese. Ideally served at around 10–12 °C.
