Kropp Original Curry Sauce

Kropp Original Curry Sauce brings the classic “Berlin-style” taste to your plate: mild, fruity and spicy, and pleasantly well-balanced. Sun-ripened tomatoes, apples and apricots meet perfectly matched curry, with a subtle hint of chili.

This sauce is made for the capital’s classic: it coats sausages and fries with a harmonious sweetness from honey and selected spices, while onions and garlic add depth. The result is an authentic, rounded flavor profile—spicy, but not aggressively hot. In the kitchen, it’s wonderfully versatile: as a topping for currywurst, as a dip for baked potatoes, with grilled dishes, or as a fruity-spicy base for burger and sandwich sauces.

Use

Stir before consumption. Ideal as a sauce for currywurst, fries and grilled dishes, or as a dip and for refining dressings and marinades.
