Ideal for sauces for roasts, sauces for beef roulade, game dishes, Bolognese sauce, mushroom ragouts or goulash, etc. For 250ml sauce approx. 2 heaped tbsp, for 500ml soup approx. 3 heaped tbsp liquid (e.g. stock or filled up roast stock) bring to the boil.
