About the producer:

The vineyards of the Chateau are located in the municipality of Chatetauneuf-le-Rouge - near AIX. 40 hectares with vines, which are on average 30 years old. These are located on the foothills of the Cengle Plateau below the mighty Sainte-Victoire on limestone soils. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand at night and immediately processed gently in the cellars.
