The Kolonne Null Cuvée Brut sparkling comes from the renowned VDP winery Freiherr von Gleichenstein from the Kaiserstuhl. The Freiherr von Gleichenstein winery has stood for quality, professionalism and passion for almost 400 years. Even in the 11th family generation, the wines are still recognizable by the pronounced flint minerality of the Kaiserstuhl. The well-coordinated team, complex top wines and long-term relationships are characteristic of the winery's southern Baden culture.

Philipp Rößle and Moritz Zyrewitz, old fellow students, wine enthusiasts and founders, are the managing directors of Kolonne Null and have been producing non-alcoholic wine since 2018. Top quality is the top priority: In constant exchange with the worldwide partner winegrowers and researchers, the two are constantly perfecting their wines.

The special feature of Kolonne Null: The production of the non-alcoholic wines begins in the vineyard. The founders discuss with the winegrowers how they want to develop the respective wine even before the harvest. The aim is to bring the characteristics of the growing region, the grape and the winegrowers into the bottle and thus give each wine a story.
