Olival da Risca is a fairly young, dynamic and very successful olive farm in Portugal. It was founded in 2007 and is located near the town of Serpa in the southern region of Alentejo on the border with Spain. It is run by two Swiss families and has specialised in organically grown olive oil in Demeter quality for a decade.
The olive farm was recently awarded the "Top Farm" 2022 with the highest Flos Olei rating of 98 points for Portuguese olive oil producers. In 2021, it was also named "Top Farm" with 98 points.
