About the supplier:

The basis of all our drinks are time-tested cider apple varieties from organically certified traditional orchards.

From them, we produce high-quality cider, juices, and spritzers. We use no added sugar, flavorings, or other additives, only high-quality direct juice from fruit varieties.

The home of the old varieties are the local traditional orchards. We speak of traditional orchards when several dozen fruit trees live scattered across a meadow. In contrast to conventional plantation cultivation, they are home to up to 5,000 animal and plant species and are thus among the most species-rich biotopes in Central Europe!

Traditional orchards are Germany's small rainforests.

In Germany, 80% of traditional orchards have already been cleared. This is due, among other things, to the intensification of monocultures and land sealing. Similar to tropical rainforests, traditional orchards are now highly endangered biotopes!

The care and harvesting of traditional orchards are particularly labor-intensive and therefore often no longer economically viable for farmers today. That's why we pay more than double the market price. This creates a fair and regional value chain and makes it possible to preserve the orchards and provide a home for biodiversity.

Storage: Please store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
