HYBISKUS 7's initial floral and slightly tropical notes are rounded off by flowery berry aromas, which are created by a hibiscus infusion and jasmine tea. By using Idaho7 and Amarillo hops, the kombucha gets a full-bodied character with a tangy acidity. Lime zest gives the drink subtle bitter nuances, which are perfectly perceived as an accent.
Organic kombucha must be refrigerated immediately after delivery and stored in the refrigerator at 2-6°C. Otherwise, the yeasts and bacteria would continue to ferment happily and at some point you would have a very sparkling vinegar on your kitchen shelf. So it is better to enjoy it quickly and chilled!
