Winemaking: After traditional winemaking, the dealcoholization is carried out by vacuum distillation. This innovative process does not require the addition of chemical products. We proceed with a gentle dealcoholization with very low temperature heating, but very efficient, as it is a 3-column system that allows us to extract the alcohol while preserving the structure of the wine and its aromatic quality, without adding any aromas for an authentic and natural taste.
