Designation: CREMANT DE BORDEAUX AOP
Grape varieties: 70% Sémillon and 30% Cabernet Franc.
Growing area: In the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers wine region, between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually and in crates. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C to preserve the intensity of the aromas and flavours. A second fermentation takes place in the bottle for 24 months, before disgorging.
Soil type: Clay-limestone.
Origin: FRANCE
Colour: This wine is characterised by an intense golden colour, which enhances the very fine bubbles.
