This fruity Claudio Maria Olé Sangria is a classic aromatized red wine drink straight from Spain. Ingredients: Red wine, water, sugar, natural flavours.
Growing region: The base wines come from the Mediterranean region, primarily from Cyprus. Vineyards from warm areas that produce very alcoholic wines.
Vinification: The base wines are processed traditionally with a few days of fermentation. This is followed by pressing. Before bottling, flavours, sugar and water are added.
Soil type: Often very rich, deep soils with a sandy topsoil.
