Stir 1 - 2 sachets of Omni-Biotic SR9 with B vitamins (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 l of water daily, wait at least 1 minute for the activation time, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach if possible. Since the contained vitamins B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, it is целесообразно to take Omni-Biotic SR9 with B vitamins in the morning.
