Usage/Application/Recommended Intake

As needed (for example, after sports, after nights spent dancing, before going to bed or after waking up), dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200 ml of cold or lukewarm drinking water. Stir well until the powder has completely dissolved (approx. 30 seconds). A slight change in color when stirring is normal and is due, among other things, to coloring ingredients such as beetroot juice powder. Then drink the prepared solution immediately.
