Origin: The vineyard is located in the center of Spain at about 800 meters and has a continental Mediterranean climate. The winery was founded in the sixties by local winemakers, and today there are about 300 who supply grapes to their property. In recent years, they have improved the technology in the winery (stainless steel tanks with temperature control, pneumatic press...)

Winemaking: The harvest date was carefully selected to ripen the grapes optimally, promoting the ripe aromas (ripe fruit) and the aromatic expression. In the winery: a low-temperature direct press with optimal extraction smoothly. Cold traditional winemaking: alcoholic fermentation and breeding.

Color: Beautiful golden yellow with green reflections.

Nose: The nose is expressive and offers a delicate bouquet of yellow ripe fruits such as peach and pineapple, with notes of vanilla and lightly smoked.

Taste: Nice concentration of aromas, fullness and the soft mouthfeel is present in the right proportion, the finish is long and oaky.

Recommendations: Pairs perfectly with fish and seafood, paella.
