Preparation
Preheat oven (top/bottom heat: 200°C, convection: 180°C). Remove outer packaging and foil. Bake glass ramekins on a baking sheet in the middle of the oven for 12 minutes. Do not bake for too long, otherwise the soufflé will lose its soft core! All appliances vary. These are only guidelines.
