Supergrün's ORGANIC Coriander Microgreens

Micro coriander is a more delicate version of the mature coriander plant. It has a mild, sweet and liquorice-like flavour profile with a clean coriander finish, eliminating the soapy and bitter notes that mature coriander can develop. 

Micro coriander is best used raw or as a final garnish to hot food. It pairs particularly well with Mexican, Indian and Asian dishes. Its more delicate flavour can make for a subtler guacamole or salsa.

Coriander microgreens are a good source of vitamins A, C, E and especially K. They are also rich in calcium, iron, potassium and zinc. The antioxidants present in coriander can help to boost the immune system.
