The Backfrische Mozzarella with cherry tomatoes & basil The airy-crispy taste experience Our particularly airy-crispy base is topped with delicious mozzarella and juicy cherry tomatoes, harmoniously rounded off with fine herbs such as basil and oregano, on a sauce made from sun-ripened tomatoes.

- Top/bottom heat: 230 °C Convection: 210 °C Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the side.
- Remove foil.
- Place pizza on the rack, middle shelf of the oven.
- Bake pizza at 230 °C top/bottom heat for at least 13 minutes. Bake pizza at 210 °C convection for at least 10 minutes.
