The valuable genuine essential oils of spruce and silver fir emit a finely spicy scent and can help create a relaxed atmosphere. The very good skin compatibility is dermatologically confirmed. Shake the bottle well and distribute 3 to 4 capfuls of the bath essence in the water just before the bathwater is fully run in. To create an atmosphere of calm, it is best to enjoy the essential scents of the bath essence for 10 to 20 minutes at body temperature (37°C).
