60 g custard powder semolina for 150 ml boiling water 1. Put the custard powder in a medium-sized coffee mug (300 ml capacity). 2. Bring the water to the boil and pour it over the powder while it is still bubbling, until the mug is 2/3 full. 3. Stir vigorously immediately with a teaspoon until everything, including the bottom of the mug, is dissolved. Enjoy the pudding while it is still warm.
