Goes great with rice, as a (cold or warm) side dish with Asian meals, as a topping for burgers and sandwiches...but our kimchi can also be seen as an interesting change on the Bavarian bread time platter.

Industrially produced foods with artificial additives, unhealthy fats, lots of sugar, few nutrients and hardly any naturalness are actually only fun for the industry - less so for the environment and least of all for the consumers.

With its vibrant natural products, completeorganics is taking a radical counter-approach. They consciously verzichten on pasteurisation (heating) and preservatives for preservation - colourings or flavourings have no place in the ferments either.
