In Potager‘s Vertical Farm in Berlin Biesdorf, the herbs are cultivated according to the principle of vertical farming.

We are a passionate and international team that draws its motivation from the need to protect and preserve the limited resources of our planet. In our Berlin production facility, we grow plants all year round to shorten supply chains, reduce food waste and reduce CO2 emissions. Our vertical farm is a fully automated and scalable, vertical cultivation system. Light, water and temperature can be individually adjusted for each plant species so that they grow in reliable quantities and intervals.
