A fresh, sparkling, effervescent beverage made from dealcoholized wine (< 0.5% vol). The base is made from healthy, organically produced Riesling grapes, which were harvested by hand and then pressed as whole grapes. The base wine was aged in stainless steel tanks, then the wine was dealcoholized and carbonated. In terms of taste, the Blanc Pur is similar to Brut and displays the typical Riesling aromas, such as white peaches and apples. Its fine effervescence makes it a delight in the glass. The varietal Blanc Pur is 100% vegan. Effervescent, elegant, and alcohol-free!
