In Potager‘s Vertical Farm in Berlin Biesdorf, the herbs are cultivated according to the principle of vertical farming.
We are a passionate and international team, motivated by the need to protect and preserve our planet's finite resources. In our Berlin production facility, we grow plants all year round to shorten supply chains, reduce food waste and lower our carbon footprint. Our vertical farm is a fully automated and scalable, vertical growing system. Light, water and temperature can be individually adjusted for each plant species, enabling them to grow in reliable quantities and intervals.
