Freshly sliced every day - Sausage and ham in separable "sausage paper"
The product is packaged as you know it from the fresh food counter, wrapped only in foil and not packaged in a protective atmosphere. That's why our freshly sliced products have a very short shelf life and should be consumed on the same day of delivery.
After consuming the sausage or ham, the ultra-thin plastic film can be easily removed from the backing paper to dispose of it separately. This drastically reduces the amount of waste compared to normal plastic sausage packaging.
