Ingredients

  • 100 ml Prosecco
  • 20 ml Elderflower syrup
  • 60 ml Sparkling mineral water
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 3 sprigs Fresh mint
  • 1 handful Ice cubes

Preparation

    Generously fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.

    Pour the Prosecco, elderflower syrup, and sparkling mineral water into the glass one after another. Stir carefully to combine the flavors without losing the carbonation.

    Cut the lime into slices or wedges. Briefly tap the mint leaves between your palms to release the essential oils. Garnish the drink with the lime pieces and fresh mint sprigs and serve immediately ice-cold.
Tip
For an alcohol-free version, you can simply replace the Prosecco with an alcohol-free sparkling wine or additional mineral water and a little more syrup.
