Ingredients
- 250 g red grapes
- 400 g ready-made pizza dough
- 150 g Brie
- 120 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- 15 g pine nuts
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
- 1Preheat oven to 240 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the Brie cheese. Halve the grapes. Roll out the pizza dough, place it on the prepared baking sheet, and bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes on the lowest rack without toppings.
- 2Remove the pre-baked dough from the oven and spread with cream cheese. Top with Brie and grapes. Drizzle honey over it, pluck thyme leaves from the sprigs, and sprinkle them along with the pine nuts over the pizza. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3Return the pizza to the oven and bake until crispy for approx. 6-8 minutes on the lowest rack.
- 4Remove, garnish with arugula, and enjoy.
