- 3 pcs Eggs
- 1 clove Garlic
- 40 g yellow onion
- 100 g white cabbage
- 220 g canned chickpeas
- 80 g oat flour

- 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 4 g salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Preparation
- 1First, prepare the vegetable mixture. Place all ingredients except the olive oil into a food processor or electric chopper and grind finely.
- 2Next, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Form flat patties in the shape of schnitzels from the vegetable mixture with your hands.
- 3Fry the schnitzels in the hot pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Arrange on plates and serve.
Tip
Serve the vegetable schnitzels with a dollop of sour cream and fresh chives for an extra fresh aroma.
