Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken breast fillet without skin
  • 250 g fresh zucchini
  • 100 g red cherry tomatoes
  • 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 g natural yogurt 3.5% fat
  • 50 g Feta Original Greek
  • 1 tsp dried garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 pinch fine table salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Preparation

    Mix the natural yogurt with garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to form a marinade. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized cubes, add to the marinade, and mix well. Ideally, let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.

    Wash the cherry tomatoes and let them drain. Wash the zucchini and slice it into long, thin strips with a vegetable peeler. Prepare the skewers.

    Alternately thread chicken, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini strips onto the skewers. Fold the zucchini strips like an accordion.

    Brush the finished skewers with olive oil and grill them on a hot grill (approx. 180 °C) or in a grill pan until golden brown on all sides and the meat is cooked through. Before serving, crumble feta over the hot skewers. Enjoy your meal!
Tip
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes beforehand to prevent them from burning on the grill.
