Ingredients for the Noodles

  • 500g floury potatoes
  • 250g flour
  • 30g butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Ingredients for the Sauce

  • 100g poppy seeds
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2cl rum
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • powdered sugar
 

Preparation of the Noodles

    Ideally, cook the potatoes the day before, peel them, and let them cool. Then finely mash them and knead with the flour, butter, salt, and egg to form a smooth dough.

    Roll out finger-length noodles and cook for approx. 10 minutes. Then drain the noodles.

Preparation of the Sauce

  • 1
    Melt the butter in a pan, mix with sugar, 1 tbsp water, and a shot of rum. Toss the noodles in it and mix in the poppy seeds.

    Arrange the noodles, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
