Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 180 g spelt flour type 630
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or other frying oil
  • 250 ml soy drink
  • 30 ml neutral oil

Preparation: 20 min.

    First, whisk the soy drink with the 2 eggs. Also stir the oil into the buttermilk.

    In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the buttermilk mixture and quickly, but not too long, mix everything with a whisk.

    Brush the pan with ½ tsp oil and bake 3 pancakes at a time over medium to high heat. Bake for approx. 3 minutes on each side.
