Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 180 g spelt flour type 630
- 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp coconut oil or other frying oil
- 250 ml soy drink
- 30 ml neutral oil
Preparation: 20 min.
- 1First, whisk the soy drink with the 2 eggs. Also stir the oil into the buttermilk.
- 2In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the buttermilk mixture and quickly, but not too long, mix everything with a whisk.
- 3Brush the pan with ½ tsp oil and bake 3 pancakes at a time over medium to high heat. Bake for approx. 3 minutes on each side.
