Ingredients

  • 100 g baby leaf spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 g cod
  • 200 g brown mushrooms
  • 250 g frozen broccoli
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 400 g cream
  • 400 g whole wheat fusilli
  • 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder

Preparation: 40 min.

    Wash the spinach. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Cut the fish fillet into 2.5 cm cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.

    Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté the onions and mushrooms over medium to high heat for about 4 minutes. Add the broccoli and fry for about 2 minutes all around. Add garlic, lemon juice, cream, and 200 ml of water, stir everything, and bring to a boil once.

    Add the pasta and spinach and stir in. Cover and simmer gently over low to medium heat for about 12 minutes, then add the fish and continue cooking until the pasta is done. Stir occasionally. Season everything with nutmeg and paprika powder.

    Remove the baby portion and season the rest generously with salt and pepper.
