Preparation method
Wash the spinach. Peel the onion and garlic and dice finely. Cut the fish fillet into 2.5 cm cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté the onions and mushrooms over medium to high heat for approx. 4 min. Add the broccoli and fry all around for approx. 2 min. Add garlic, lemon juice, cream, and 200 ml water, stir everything, and bring to a boil once.
Add the pasta and spinach and stir in. Cover and simmer gently over low to medium heat for approx. 12 min, then add the fish and continue cooking until the pasta is done. Stir occasionally. Season everything with nutmeg and paprika powder.
