Thanks to their extra airy texture without seeds or peel, they are a gentle and safe alternative to classic rice cakes & co. Carrot and strawberry provide a vegetable-fruity taste. The clouds contain no added salt or sugar (contains naturally occurring sugars) and are gluten-free. The recipe is without oil.
