With the intention of constantly improving what is good, founder and managing director Florian Schuh runs the brewery in Feldafing in the district of Starnberg. The Starnberger Brauhaus attaches great importance to quality and original Bavarian tradition. Thanks to a longer maturing period than usual, the best Starnberger water, and regional hops and malt, the first jug of beer makes you want a second one! In a highly efficient brewery that meets the latest technical standards and is also ecological and low-emission, up to 70,000 hectoliters of beer are produced annually. The top priority is always the Bavarian Purity Law as well as heart and soul.
