In the oven, the coating turns wonderfully crisp – for extra crunch, preheat the tray well and let the prawns rest briefly after baking.
Use
Cook from frozen in the oven: 11 min at 220°C (200°C fan), gas mark 7. Preheat the oven and baking tray, place the prawns on the hot tray. For a crispier coating, make sure the tray is very hot. Let rest for 1 min before serving.
