This Italian white wine, PETRA La Balena 2025 from Tuscany, is a beautiful blend of Vermentino and Viognier. Aged on fine yeast in large wooden barrels, this 0.75 l wine features 12.5% alcohol, notes of ripe stone fruit, and a maritime minerality. It is perfect with fish or pasta, served at 8–10 °C. PETRA La Balena 2025 is a Toscana IGT made from Vermentino and Viognier. Aged on the fine lees in a large wooden cask; alcohol: 12.5% vol.
In the glass, a sunny yellow with notes of ripe stone fruit and delicate blossoms. On the palate, juicy with balanced acidity, subtle spice and maritime minerality. Pairs well with fish, seafood, pasta with light sauces or vegetables. Best served at 8–10 °C.

Enjoy as an aperitif or with light dishes; drink soon after opening.
