Designation: Vin de France Rouge
Grape varieties: It is a magnificent blend with an assemblage of 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Syrah.
Vinification: The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness. Traditional vinification at 50% of the grapes with gentle extraction of the best components. The other half undergoes a warm pre-fermentation maceration: The grapes are heated to 80°C, followed by an 8 to 12 hour heating of the mash. After pressing, fermentation takes place in liquid phase at around 22°C. This is followed by the skilful blending.

Recommendations: It is the ideal wine to enjoy on its own or as an accompaniment to braised lamb leg, roast beef or veal strips with mushrooms.
