2. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE USING NEO-ANGIN CHERRY LOZENGES?
neo-angin Cherry Lozenges must not be used:
- if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to 2.4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol, amylmetacresol, levomenthol, Ponceau 4R or any of the other ingredients of neo-angin Cherry Lozenges,
- in infants and children up to 2 years of age (levomenthol).
Children
When used in children, it should be noted that they must have acquired the ability to suck in a controlled manner.When using neo-angin Cherry Lozenges with other medicines

This medicine contains isomalt. Please only take neo-angin Cherry Lozenges after consulting your doctor if you are known to suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars. The calorific value is 2.3 kcal/g isomalt. Isomalt can have a slightly laxative effect. Note: In the case of fever, bacterial sore throat and/or deterioration of the general condition, medical advice should be sought immediately, as systemic antibiotic administration may be necessary.3. HOW TO USE NEO-ANGIN CHERRY LOZENGES?
Always use neo-angin Cherry Lozenges exactly as described in this package leaflet. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose is: Adults and children from 6 years of age should slowly dissolve one lozenge in their mouth every 2 - 3 hours (maximum 6 lozenges per 24 hours), neo-angin Cherry Lozenges should not be used for more than 3 - 4 days without medical advice.
If you forget to take neo-angin Cherry Lozenges
If you forget to take a dose, do not take double the amount, but continue taking the medicine as directed.4. WHAT SIDE EFFECTS ARE POSSIBLE?
