Natrium chloratum D6 Biochemical Functional Agent No. 8 is a homeopathic medicine. Registered homeopathic medicine, therefore without indication of a therapeutic use.

2. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU USE THE MEDICINE

The medicine must not be used if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to wheat starch or any of the other ingredients.

Special care is required when using the medicine

If symptoms persist, are unclear, or newly occur, you should seek medical advice.

Using the medicine with other medicines

Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are using or have recently used other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription. No interaction with other medicines is currently known.

Using the medicine with food and drink

The effect of a homeopathic medicine can be adversely affected by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and luxury foods.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding

Ask your doctor for advice before using any medicine.

Driving and using machines

No special precautions are required.

Important information about certain other ingredients of the medicine

This medicine contains lactose (milk sugar). Therefore, please only take it after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars. Wheat starch may contain small amounts of gluten, but these are considered tolerable even for patients suffering from celiac disease.

3. HOW TO USE THE MEDICINE

As symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced. Infants in their 1st year of life should, after consulting a doctor, receive one-third of the adult dose. Toddlers up to 6 years of age should receive half, and children between 6 and 12 years of age should receive two-thirds of the adult dose. You should take the tablet half an hour before or after eating and preferably let it dissolve slowly in your mouth. For young children, it is recommended to dissolve the tablet in a little water before administration. Homeopathic medicines should also not be used for long periods without medical advice.

If you have used a larger amount of the medicine

than you should

No harmful effects of overdose are known so far. If you have significantly overdosed on this medicine, you should consult a doctor.

If you forget to use the medicine

Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

If you stop using the medicine

No harmful effects are expected if you stop using the medicine.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Wheat starch can cause hypersensitivity reactions. Note: When taking a homeopathic medicine, the existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial worsening). In this case, you should stop taking the medicine and consult your doctor. Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if any of the listed side effects affects you significantly, or if you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet.

No special storage conditions are required for this medicine. Keep medicines out of the reach of children. Do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging.

The active substance is: Natrium chloratum Trit. D6 250 mg in 1 tablet. The other ingredients are: magnesium stearate (Ph.Eur.), wheat starch.

The medicine is a tablet for oral use. Pack of 80, 200, 420, and 1000 tablets.
