Enjoy our Original Wagner Alsatian Flammkuchen from the Original Wagner stone oven: Crispy thin and wonderfully juicy, creamy mild and hearty topped with delicious crème fraîche and cream yoghurt, aromatic onions, smoked pork belly and high-quality raw ham. Preparation instructions for conventional ovens
- Preheat oven to 230 °C completely
- Remove Flammkuchen from the freezer and remove foil.
- Place Flammkuchen on the rack, middle shelf of the oven.
- Do not bake more than one Flammkuchen at a time.
- Bake Flammkuchen at 230 °C top/bottom heat for at least 12 minutes. The cheese should be melted and the edges golden brown. Adding additional toppings may require adjusting the baking time.
- Let the Flammkuchen cool for at least 1 minute before eating.
- Enjoy your meal!
