Enjoy our Original Wagner Alsatian Flammkuchen from the Original Wagner stone oven: Crispy thin and wonderfully juicy, creamy mild and hearty topped with delicious crème fraîche and cream yoghurt, aromatic onions, smoked pork belly and high-quality raw ham. Preparation instructions for conventional ovens

1. Preheat oven to 230 °C completely
2. Remove Flammkuchen from the freezer and remove foil.
3. Place Flammkuchen on the rack, middle shelf of the oven.
4. Do not bake more than one Flammkuchen at a time.
5. Bake Flammkuchen at 230 °C top/bottom heat for at least 12 minutes. The cheese should be melted and the edges golden brown. Adding additional toppings may require adjusting the baking time.
6. Let the Flammkuchen cool for at least 1 minute before eating.
7. Enjoy your meal!

Do not consume the Flammkuchen without baking it first. Do not use a microwave or other
heating methods
