Gala Fine Chocolate Pudding Chocolate pudding powder for 500 ml milk (for 4 servings) 1. Mix powder with 3 tbsp (45 g) sugar. Gradually stir in at least 6 tbsp of cold milk until smooth. 2. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, remove from heat, stir in the mixed powder with a whisk. 3. Cook the pudding while stirring for at least 1 minute. Pour the pudding into a bowl or a cold rinsed mold. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before unmolding.
