Use/application/recommended intake

Consume 1 capsule daily with a meal of your choice with a little water. Taking it with an oily or fatty meal can have a positive effect on absorption.

Ingredients

Bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, release agent stearic acid, thickener gum arabic, sucrose, release agent stearic acid, starch, colouring agent titanium dioxide, vegetable oil (coconut and palm in varying proportions), colouring agent titanium dioxide, release agent silicon dioxide, vitamin K2 (menaquinone), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), antioxidant alpha-tocopherol.

Suitable for vegetarians, free from preservatives, artificial colours, soya, milk protein, gluten and lactose. People taking anticoagulant medicines (of the coumarin type) should consult their doctor before consuming vitamin K-containing food supplements.
