Coconut cream, vegan

 A cream made from the finely ground pulp of fresh organic coconuts: for an exotic touch in spicy dishes, smoothies or desserts as well as a flavorful spread. The coconut cream is ideal for creative cooking; it becomes soft when gently heated to temperatures above 25 degrees Celsius.

Since Alnatura coconut cream is produced without stabilizers, coconut oil can settle - the cream becomes creamy again through heat and stirring. The coconuts come from organic farming.
