Additional information

Orthomol chondroplus is lactose- and gluten-free. The gelatine contained is from beef. Use only under careful metabolic control in case of impaired glucose tolerance (7.4 g carbohydrates per daily portion). Orthomol chondroplus should not be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding or by children and adolescents. If taking medication that affects blood clotting, consult a doctor before taking Orthomol chondroplus and monitor blood clotting parameters closely. Due to the content of riboflavin (vitamin B2), the urine may turn yellow. The product contains, among other things, strongly colouring beta-carotene. Any stains that may occur, e.g. on clothing, are difficult to remove. In individual cases, slight belching may occur, caused by the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) contained in the capsules. To avoid belching, you can take the capsules before going to bed.

The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children.
