Use/application/recommended intake

Dissolve the contents of one portion bag in 1 glass of water (approx. 200 ml) once a day and drink. It is recommended to take it if you have an increased need for magnesium due to physical exertion (e.g. sport), if you have an unbalanced diet at the same time. If you only have a low-magnesium diet, it is recommended to dissolve the contents of 1/2 portion bag in approx. 100 ml of water and drink it daily.
