Panthenol 100 mg Jenapharm is a vitamin preparation. Panthenol 100 mg Jenapharm is used in adolescents aged 12 years and over and adults for supportive treatment of inflammations of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa and for the treatment of pantothenic acid deficiency states that cannot be remedied through nutrition, such as supplementation in chronic dialysis patients and paraesthesia and pain in toes and soles of the feet (burning feet syndrome) caused by pantothenic acid deficiency. If you do not feel better or even worse, talk to your doctor.
2. WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER BEFORE TAKING PANTHENOL 100 MG JENAPHARM?
Panthenol 100 mg Jenapharm must not be taken:
- if you are allergic to dexpanthenol or any of the other ingredients of this medicine listed in section 6,
- by children under 12 years of age.

Supportive treatment of inflammations of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa
1 tablet Panthenol 100 mg Jenapharm 3 times daily (corresponding to 300 mg dexpanthenol).Treatment of pantothenic acid deficiency states (such as burning feet syndrome)
1 tablet Panthenol 100 mg Jenapharm daily (corresponding to 100 mg dexpanthenol).For supportive treatment of inflammations of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa, allow the tablets to dissolve slowly in the mouth. For pantothenic acid deficiency states, please take the tablets with sufficient liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water [200 ml]), regardless of a meal. The duration of use depends on the course of the disease.
Use in children and adolescents
