For regular dietary supplementation, stir the contents of one portion bag (= daily portion) into 200 ml of water or fruit juice daily and drink with or after a meal. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Store out of the reach of small children.

Note

People taking coumarin anticoagulants (medicines to inhibit blood clotting) should inform their doctor when taking glucosamine-containing products.
