No bread units (BE) need to be taken into account for Centrum "For You 50+". Centrum "For You 50+" is gluten-, lactose- and gelatine-free. The consumption of other zinc-containing food supplements should be avoided. If you are pregnant, ask your doctor before taking Centrum, because this product contains vitamin A.
